By downloading or using Where Is It ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Where Is It is a personal loan-tracking tool. It helps you remember what you've lent or borrowed, to whom, and when it's due back. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your records. We have no access to your data and cannot recover it if lost (for example, if you delete the app or reset your device).
You agree not to use the app:
The app, its design, icon, and all associated materials are owned by Where Is It. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use it at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
The app uses Apple's and Google's map services to display maps. Your use of those features is also subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms of service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where the developer is based.
